PDF, STEP, DWG or product drawing image.
Clear sample photos from front, side, bottom and mating side.
BOM line with connector description, quantity and target application.
Existing part number, competitor reference or previous supplier drawing if available.

Specifications to include

Connector type	Pin header, female header, box header, IDC socket, SATA connector, cable assembly or custom connector.
Mechanical details	Pitch, row count, positions, plastic height, terminal tail length and mating direction.
Mounting style	Vertical DIP, right-angle through-hole, SMT, horizontal SMT or cable direction.
Commercial details	Sample quantity, batch quantity, destination country and target lead time.
Quality documents	ISO 9001 quality management documentation can be provided for qualified RFQ projects.

When ODM review is needed

Use ODM review when a standard connector does not match pitch, pin count, housing shape, terminal direction, stack height or mating requirement. Send drawings and sample photos first so manufacturability can be checked before sample discussion.
